About Us
Our story
We are a real estate agency located in Las Chapas Playa (El Rosario) since 2008, specialised in the rental of residential properties for long and medium term rentals, as well as in the sale and purchase of properties. In addition, we offer a comprehensive maintenance service, maintaining a direct relationship with tenants so that owners do not have to worry about possible incidents. In recent years, we have also specialised in home decoration, or what is known as home staging, to prepare properties for both rental and sale.
We have extensive experience in the real estate market, with nearly 30 years of experience, having worked in some of the leading firms in the area.
We started our activity in the real estate market in 2003, specialising in long and medium term residential rentals. At that time, we were pioneers in this type of rentals, as the area was mainly focused on holiday rentals.
Over the years, it was our own landlords who, having complete confidence in us, suggested that we managed the sale of their properties. They knew us well and knew that no one better than us could take care of this process, due to our in-depth knowledge of the area and each property. It was 2011 when we decided to take that step, offering this service with the same commitment and dedication that has characterised us, achieving the satisfaction of sellers and buyers over the years.
We are not a franchise or a large agency with a high turnover of employees. We do not speak all languages, but we are trilingual in Spanish, English and Portuguese/Brazilian. In resume, we are Luciana & Noemi, and we pride ourselves on offering a friendly and familiar service to all our clients.

About Luciana
Luciana Bermudez was born in São Paulo (Brazil), the daughter of a Malaga father and a Brazilian mother. Although she grew up in Brazil, she has always maintained a special connection with Malaga, where she spent her summers. Eventually, she decided to settle permanently on the Costa del Sol, first in Malaga and then in Marbella, the city where she has found her home.
A lover of sport, Luciana is passionate about triathlon and, in particular, Ironman competitions. This passion has led her to travel the world, competing in different events and achieving her dream of participating in the Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii. Her energy and discipline as an athlete do not prevent her from dedicating each day to what she loves most: accompanying her clients in their search for the ideal property, always with a smile and a positive attitude.
Luciana has also demonstrated a natural gift for communication, which has led her to present several live sporting events. In addition, together with two triathlete friends, she co-hosts a weekly triathlon podcast called @PenaltyBoxPodcast.
With her charisma and dedication, Luciana makes every client feel accompanied and listened to at all times. She is fluent in Brazilian/Portuguese, Spanish and English.

About Noemi
Noemi Fernandez-Palaso was born in Malaga and grew up in Estepona, Marbella and Benalmadena, as a result of the profession of her father, a renowned hotelier and pioneer of tourism on the Costa del Sol. Although her adoptive mother is Dutch, Noemi was inclined towards English, a language she learned from an early age and perfected during the years she lived in London.
Throughout her career, she has always worked in front of the public, working in reception and secretarial roles in both law firms and real estate agencies. However, in 1999, she decided to take a career leap into property sales for a leading real estate company at the time. In 2003, she had the opportunity to create a rental division for this real estate company, which allowed her to meet Luciana, with whom she created Luna Lettings in 2008 and with whom she works side by side until today.
Passionate about decorating and recycling furniture, Noemi has a special talent for transforming spaces. Although Luciana has been trying to convince her to take up sports for years, she prefers to enjoy a good lunch with friends and a long after-dinner conversation. She loves rural life and is always ready to travel and discover new destinations.
And if you ever want to surprise her, a bottle of Rioja will be the key to make her happy!
