A plot of 17.000m2 with a consolidated urban land measuring approximately 15,000 m², currently designated for residential use, with the potential to change its permitted use to commercial or hotel use. The plot is located in the exclusive area of Sierra Blanca, Marbella.
Following preliminary meetings with Marbella City Council, hotel use appears to offer the highest permitted floor ‌area ‌ratio ‌(FAR). ‌According to ‌the ‌initial discussions, ‌the change ‌of use would require ‌the ‌submission of ‌a basic project to the ‌Urban ‌Planning ‌Department ‌of ‌Marbella ‌City ‌Council.
